Join us to leverage cutting-edge innovation for impactful results and experience unparalleled support on your journey to success.   ABOUT THE ROLE As the Sales Manager for Energy & Commodities in North America, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Kpler’s expansion across one of our most key global markets. Leading a dedicated regional team, you will drive both new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion, delivering disruptive market intelligence and SaaS/DaaS solutions to commodity market leaders. This role offers an opportunity to shape regional commercial strategy, mentor a growing team, and directly contribute to Kpler’s overarching revenue trajectory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Strategic Growth: Formulate and execute regional sales strategies, adapting tactics as market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes emerge. Lead & Mentorship: Manage, coach, and empower a high-performing sales team, cultivating a collaborative culture that drives individual growth and collective performance. Optimize Sales Operations: Oversee accurate revenue forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and robust sales processes to maximize team productivity and consistency. Balance Account Portfolio: Guide the team in maintaining a healthy equilibrium between acquiring new accounts and expanding existing client relationships. Leverage Commercial Data: Utilize key performance metrics and data-driven insights to evaluate regional performance, address blockers, and inform strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure real-time client feedback actively informs Kpler’s global product roadmap. Global Alignment: Collaborate with global commercial leaders and peers to align regional execution plans with overarching business objectives. EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND WHAT YOU'LL NEED (MUST-HAVES): * Progressive B2B sales experience in SaaS or DaaS, specifically within Energy, Commodities, Maritime, or Financial Services. * Demonstrated leadership experience managing, coaching, and scaling direct-report sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. * In-depth knowledge of modern B2B sales techniques, multi-stakeholder deal execution, and structured pipeline management. * Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of translating commercial metrics into actionable sales strategies. * Adaptive, hands-on leadership style with a natural ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
