Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and driven Entry-Level Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate who is looking to launch their professional career, gain hands-on experience, and develop valuable business skills. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, eager to learn, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. No prior professional experience is required; internships, academic projects, volunteer experience, and extracurricular activities are valued. Key Responsibilities * Support day-to-day activities and projects within the assigned department. * Communicate professionally with team members, customers, clients, and other stakeholders. * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business materials. * Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions. * Manage assigned tasks and projects while meeting deadlines. * Learn company systems, processes, products, and procedures. * Collaborate with colleagues across different departments. * Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop. Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university * Recent graduate * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. * Strong attention to detail. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
