Location: * Lehi, Utah (starting/training) * Provo, Utah (in the next 6 months) About the Role (Swing Shift) The Crown & Bridge Technician will operate as part of a team of 10+ posterior technicians in a state of the art and digital-only facility in Lehi, Utah. Our Crown & Bridge Technicians apply stains, glazes, and use rotary handpieces to ensure crowns seamlessly match a patient’s natural teeth. This role requires precise shade matching and a strong sense of color and aesthetics. Compensation: * $20 per hour + 10% differential What You'll Do * Operate Quickly: Finish full contour fixed posterior restorations (e.g., crown, bridge) to fabricate high-grade dental products in a fast-paced environment. Includes following detailed specifications from the order form to correctly stain and glaze per customer expectations * Drive Improvements: Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to help drive high quality products * Problem Solve: Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues as you operate within a large scale and fast paced dental lab * Quality Adherence: Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., stain and glaze protocols) and lead by example.
