BGE goes beyond competitive benefits to attract and retain the best in an environment that inspires excellence.       Job Responsibilities * Assist with environmental investigations, including Phase I/II ESAs, wetland delineations, species assessments, and ecological field studies. * Work on multiple projects, ensuring quality, compliance, schedules. * Review environmental data, reports, and permits; provide regulatory guidance for federal, state, and local requirements. * Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and client communications. * Coordinate with regulatory agencies on permitting and compliance. * Conduct fieldwork and travel as required.   Job Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, Geology, or related field. * 1+ years outside of academic work of relevant experience (ESA Phase I/II, wetlands, species permitting, ecological surveys is a must).  * Strong technical and business‑writing skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or on a team. * Proficiency in MS Office; ArcGIS knowledge or interest preferred. * Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and client‑service orientation. * Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork.
