JOB DESCRIPTION: Easy Street Capital is seeking an experienced Escrow Specialist to lead tax and insurance administration for our growing RTL portfolio and help build our in-house escrow capabilities to support our expanding DSCR portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings strong mortgage escrow expertise, can operate independently, and is excited to help shape processes and systems as our servicing platform grows. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage relationships and day-to-day activity with tax and insurance vendors Oversee vendor data files, loan boarding/deboarding, monitoring, exceptions, and issue resolution Partner with the Accounting team on vendor invoicing and related reconciliation Serve as the internal point of contact for tax, insurance, and escrow questions and escalations Provide subject matter expertise as we build and test escrow functionality within our servicing platform Manage DSCR escrow activity, including analysis, collections, disbursements, shortages, surpluses, and advances Support other servicing functions and initiatives as needed  QUALIFICATIONS: Required:   3+ years of mortgage servicing experience with direct tax, insurance, and escrow experience Strong understanding of mortgage escrow administration and servicing practices Experience working with tax and insurance monitoring vendors Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to independently research and resolve servicing issues Comfortable working in a growing environment where processes and systems are actively being built  Preferred:  Business-purpose loan servicing experience Experience supporting servicing system development, implementation, or testing 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience with direct tax, insurance, and escrow experience Bachelor's degree   BENEFITS: * Company sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance * Company sponsored 401(k) plan * Paid vacation time * Paid sick leave We are looking for the right team member to join our team.
