You will interface and collaborate with different departments globally and work closely with other members of our highly professional and dynamic Executive Support Team. The Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will be based in Raleigh and support the day-to-day activities of busy global leaders. Additionally, you will be responsible for your own projects and drive them independently. You are a highly detailed individual with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. The work you’ll do: * Google Calendaring, expense report and travel management * Schedule and coordinate meetings, including attendee management, material preparation, room set-up and issue resolution * Assist in creation and editing of documents and presentations for internal and external audiences * Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues * Lead the organization of internal events (e.g., Global Leadership Meetings, Team Events) * Provide support during Customer or Executive meetings in the Raleigh office * Ad hoc projects and much more! * 10% Travel Potential The qualifications & experience you need: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an SVP or VP, ideally in a fast-growing IT Company, Consulting Industry or Banking. * Experience working in a tech-driven environment - ideally previous experience supporting Sales Leaders and Teams * Ideally you bring a high interest for Tech topics * Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills * Perfect command in English (written and spoken) * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable providing structure within an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment * Capacity to manage multiple tasks, high flexibility and experience working under pressure with different time zones * Very good ability to prioritize tasks. * Reliable, discrete and service oriented personality * High level of integrity and business ethics * Strong team player Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
