We are looking for an experienced, outcome-oriented Executive Business Partner to join the team. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for partnering with our executive leadership team to deliver critical support in a fast-paced environment. You are a multifaceted operator—someone who can pivot from complex travel logistics to high-level project management without missing a beat. You aren't just managing a calendar; you are the gatekeeper of our most valuable resource: time. You ensure our leadership is focused on the highest-leverage work, while serving as a culture-builder for the broader organization. This is an in-office role based in New York City. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Strategic Calendar Management: Build and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities to effectively optimize time and prioritize commitments. You will resolve scheduling conflicts and de-block the team to ensure they are focused on mission-critical work. * Daily Executive Operations: Provide white-glove support to maximize the executive team's time and focus. You will oversee all daily operational logistics, including meal coordination and workspace preparedness, proactively handling the "small things" so the leadership team can focus on the big picture. * Meeting & Board Coordination: Support the execution of internal and external meetings. Specifically, you will manage the end-to-face setup, guest greeting, and cleanup for Board Meetings. You will often have a "seat at the table," helping track follow-ups and action items. * Project & Task Management: Effectively develop a task management system that demonstrates visibility and maintains transparency on competing tasks and deadlines to improve efficiency across the leadership team. * Travel and Logistics: Plan and organize complex travel itineraries (booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.) with a focus on efficiency and comfort. * Culture & Events: Contribute to company culture by leading the logistics for team offsites, holiday parties, and other event logistics that make Candid Health a great place to work. WHO YOU ARE * Experience: You have 4+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth, complex environments. * Proactive Initiative: You don’t just wait for instructions; you anticipate needs before they arise. You are the type of person who goes above and beyond, whether it’s streamlining a messy internal process or ensuring a high-stakes board meeting runs perfectly. * Extreme Ownership: You take immense pride in your craft. You are patient and proactive in building trust with private executives who may be "creatures of habit," and you can adjust your communication style for different stakeholders. * Versatile & Adaptable: You are a "solutions architect" for the executive team, happy to lean in wherever the team needs support, whether the task is administrative or strategic. * Discretion & Integrity: You maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with stakeholders inside and outside of Candid Health. * Accountability Partner: You are comfortable serving as a true partner to executives, tactfully reminding them of various responsibilities and keeping the team aligned. * Clear Communicator: You’re a clear and concise communicator; evidence of strong writing ability will be valued especially highly. Pay Transparency The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles. Location We are an in-person culture. We believe the best work happens when we are in the same room. Our team is in person in our New York City office (4+ days per week).
