What You’ll Do As our Executive Director of Operations, you will own operational excellence across all branches, ensuring consistency, compliance, and an exceptional member experience. You will bring strong leadership, clear direction, and structured execution to every aspect of operations. Strategic Leadership * Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute short- and long-term operational strategies * Translate vision into clear goals, measurable outcomes, and actionable plans * Drive loan growth, sales performance, and operational efficiency across all branches Operational Excellence & Structure * Establish and enforce consistent policies, procedures, and workflows * Lead monthly and quarterly audits, performance tracking, and reporting * Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and security across all locations * Ensure branches operate with precision, accountability, and efficiency People Leadership & Accountability * Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing Operations and Branch Directors * Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for results * Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management * Build a culture rooted in discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement Member Experience & Service Excellence * Champion a consistent, high-quality member experience * Resolve complex and escalated member issues with confidence and professionalism * Ensure teams proactively identify member needs and deliver the right solutions * Model and reinforce our core values in every interaction What You Bring We’re looking for a structured thinker, confident decision-maker, and strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment.
