Apply with your resume online or in person at: 808 Dearborn Ave., Waterloo, IA 50703 Pay & Benefits * $23.00–$25.00 per hour to start, depending on experience * 40 hours of PTO after 90 days * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance starting as low as $15/week * Monday–Friday schedule with overtime and Saturdays as needed * Hours: 6:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. What You'll Do * Work indoors and outdoors year-round dismantling and recycling electrical equipment * Use oxy-fuel torches and industrial tools to dismantle transformers * Sort and separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals * Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and other material-handling equipment * Safely move heavy materials throughout the facility * Follow all safety procedures in a fast-paced industrial environment Required Experience * 2+ years of outdoor construction, demolition, or similar physically demanding work * 1+ year of oxy-fuel torch cutting experience * 2+ years operating heavy equipment such as telehandlers, cranes, or excavators * 5+ years of forklift operating experience Preferred Experience * Scrap yard or metal recycling experience * Experience identifying and sorting ferrous and non-ferrous metals Skills & Qualifications * Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift * Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check A-Line EDS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
