OVERALL Reporting to our Director of Restaurants, the Facilities Maintenance Engineer ensures the efficient operation of the facilities and equipment at all of our restaurants.. Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and responding to maintenance issues promptly to minimize guest impact, employee safety, and downtime.
