Goal- to ensure the health and safety of our buildings.  Core Responsibilities: * Preventative and Corrective Maintenance: repairs on walls, roofs, doors, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry, electrical and playgrounds repairs  * Grounds and facility upkeep: sweeping, pressure washing. Cleaning dumpster enclosures * Operational Support: inventory management, moving furniture, building furniture, installations. * Completing reactive work orders in multiple locations * Swag/consumables/literature/parts etc. pick up and distribution * Help with events set up * Labeling safety and building fixtures  Required Skills and Qualifications: * Driver’s license with clean record. * Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. * Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ pounds), stand for long periods, walking and climbing ladders. * Problem solving skills with minimal oversight. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, clear concise communication. * Ability to use technology.   * Ability to prioritize tasks and plan ahead * Ability to travel out of state locations  Work environment includes inside and outside and on roofs for HVAC work.  There is opportunity for advancement.
