Location: Washington D.C. area ideal location, but open to remote. ~50% Travel Reports to: SVP of Federal YOUR IMPACT As Axon’s Federal Strategic Account Executive, you will lead the strategy, positioning, and sale of Axon’s full technology ecosystem across key Federal accounts. This role focuses on enabling federal law enforcement agencies to modernize operations, enhance transparency, and deliver safer outcomes for the communities they serve. You will own the development and execution of strategic go-to-market plans, shape complex opportunities, and drive adoption of Axon’s mission-critical solutions. Working closely with product leaders, technical experts, and federal stakeholders, you will design and deliver solutions that meet the highest standards for reliability, security, scalability, and user experience. Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 142,500 in the lowest geographic market and USD 228,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
