This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys technical fiduciary accounting, leading teams, building client relationships, and helping shape the future of a specialized practice. We are looking for someone who wants more than just managing engagements. Team Leadership * Supervise, coach, and develop team members located in both the U.S. and India. * Review work and provide meaningful feedback and guidance. * Manage engagement budgets, staffing, workflow, and deadlines. * Assist in developing processes, training materials, and best practices. * Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture in a remote environment. Practice Development * Build relationships with attorneys, trustees, and referral sources. * Participate in networking and business development activities. * Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients. * Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of BPM's Fiduciary Accounting Services practice. REQUIRED: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 7+ years of fiduciary accounting, trust administration, estate administration, or related experience. * Experience preparing and reviewing fiduciary accountings. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Experience supervising and mentoring staff. * Exceptional client service and communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.   Preferred * CPA designation. * Experience with California fiduciary accountings and California Probate Code requirements. * Public accounting or professional services experience. * Experience working with offshore or distributed teams. * Existing relationships within the trust and estate community.
