Field Service Technician Job Description: * Servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems following manufacturer specifications. * Swaps or exchanging components of equipment. * Troubleshoot low voltage electrical issues. * Conducts quality control/spot checks within your region. * Meets all local, state and federal code requirements. * Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues * Performing preventative maintenance and safety checks * Interacting with hospital staff to schedule inspections and service including to discuss their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems preferred. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
