We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Payroll & Headcount) to help us manage and plan people-related costs across the group. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll cost and headcount planning, forecasting, and analysis. You will analyse key cost drivers, monitor plan vs actual performance, and help identify deviations and potential financial risks early.
