WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH: We want you to better understand how our company is structured from the inside and who you’ll be working with every day — that’s why we’re sharing a brief overview of our team ☺️ Our team   WHY IS THIS INTERESTING? * Join a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche * Influence strategic decisions — we actively listen to our team, so your input will always be highly appreciated * High level of autonomy - we put a lot of trust in our team mates   YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management & Financial Reporting: Own the preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) and management reports, and take part in monthly financial reviews with the leadership team * FP&A: Supporting monthly budget updates, conducting plan vs. actual analyses, and helping prepare annual budgets and financial models * Accounting & Audit Support: Organization of financial documentation, review of financial statements and tax declarations, coordination with external accountants, and support during audit processes * Payroll & Compensation: Support in payroll processing, and ensuring up-to-date and accurate compensation-related data across systems * Legal & Admin Support: Drafting and reviewing financial sections of contracts, and preparing documentation for board meetings, preparing and reviewing contracts * Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with various internal teams to provide insights and data for decision-making processes   YOUR SKILLS: * 1.5 - 2 years of experience in finance or audit at Big4 or FMCG will be a huge plus * Excel/Google Sheets is your comfort zone; budgeting systems don’t scare you * Solid understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting processes * Experience working with auditors, tax filings, and compliance checks * Attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy and integrity * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks * Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders   HOW WE GET THINGS DONE? Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix and match if you prefer.
