This is an early hire on a small team, and the role is broad by design. It suits someone with a tax operations background who is at home in systems and data; it is not a software engineering role. You will work between the tax team and the systems that calculate and report tax, translating tax requirements into configuration and test cases and building technically appropriate tools with Claude where they are safe and save time.
