This role will impact OnePay’s vision by fundamentally assisting in the development of a durable program, and the effectiveness of our financial crime compliance program. You will work closely with the Risk and Fraud team(s) working on daily monitoring and taking action on suspicious transaction alerts, and using strong investigative and analytical skills to decision alerts and escalate them as appropriate. This role reports to the FCC program manager. This role is responsible for: * Performing investigation to identify financial crime typologies * Monitoring of sanctions and PEP screening alerts * Drafting suspicious transaction reports * Providing advice and analysis of observed ML/TF typologies and trends to identify potential areas of risk * Perform quality control reviews of sanctions and suspicious transactions alerts and reports * Participating in transaction monitoring system tuning tests * Additional duties as assigned by your manager YOU BRING * 4+ years of experience * An act-like-an-owner mentality.
