From audit and tax to consulting and specialist advisory services, we help clients navigate complexity and seize opportunity with clarity.  Your role:  * Responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients  * Includes investment planning, risk management, tax strategies, and retirement planning  * Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals  * Develop tailored strategies to meet those goals  * Monitor client progress over time to ensure continued success  * Collaborate with team members  * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial trends and regulations  What you bring to the table:  * Expertise in financial planning, investment strategies, and retirement planning  * Knowledge of tax strategies, risk management, and wealth preservation  * Strong communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills  * Ability to analyze financial data and present actionable recommendations  * Proficiency with financial planning software and tools  * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field  * CFP designation preferred, working towards CFP, or at minimum you hold your QAFP designation * Knowledge of Canadian financial regulations and compliance standards  * Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively  * Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends  What’s in it for you?   * Career Growth opportunities  * Competitive total compensation package including extended health care, dental and group life benefits  * Family Benefits - parental leave top-up program for new parents  * Matching RRSP plan  * Annual bonus program  * Health and wellness spending account.  * Vacation (3 weeks per year)  * Continuing Professional Development courses are provided as well as numerous informal training and development opportunities.
