First Charge Mortgage Administrator We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Mortgage Administrator to help deliver a seamless experience for our customers and advisers. You'll support customers throughout their first-charge mortgage journey, from application submission through to completion, working closely with advisers, lenders, solicitors and valuers to keep cases moving and deliver great outcomes. If you're someone who embraces technology, automation and AI to simplify processes, improve efficiency and create better customer outcomes, you'll fit right in.   What you will be doing: * Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion, ensuring cases progress efficiently and smoothly. * Review applications and supporting documents to make sure they're accurate, complete and ready for submission. * Keep customers and advisers informed with regular updates, proactively chasing outstanding information where needed. * Build strong relationships with customers, advisers, lenders, solicitors, valuers and internal teams to keep applications moving. * Maintain accurate records across our CRM and case management systems. * Complete identity, affordability, income and compliance checks in line with regulatory requirements. * Identify and escalate risks, delays, complaints or complex cases, working collaboratively to find solutions. * Ensure every case is managed in line with FCA requirements, Consumer Duty, lender criteria, data protection legislation and internal policies. * Deliver a responsive, professional and empathetic service across phone, email and digital channels.   Skills we'd love you to have You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organised and making life easier for customers. You care about getting the details right but never lose sight of the person behind the application.  * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities. * Excellent attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication. * A proactive mindset, taking ownership and following tasks through to completion. * Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and case management systems. * A customer-first approach with the ability to build trust and communicate with empathy. * The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE: * Previous experience within mortgages, financial services, property or another regulated environment. * An understanding of the first-charge mortgage journey and the end-to-end application process.   Why ClearScore?
