Aviation Performance Solutions (www.apstraining.com) is currently seeking a Full-time Flight Operations Service Specialist (FOSS) to start immediately in an exciting, action-packed aviation company that is growing rapidly.   No aviation skills needed. Qualifications: * No aviation skills needed; company will provide training. * Safety conscious individual with a strong character of integrity.  * Must be physically fit and willing to work both inside and outside during all seasons.  * Self-starter who works independently. * Ability to organize, plan, and divide time between tasks and different activities.  * Must have sound judgment and high situational awareness. * Outgoing personality with emphasis on positive attitude, teamwork, customer satisfaction and company growth. * Ability to work with people of different personalities and cultures.  * Minimal administrative and phone skills are required. Must be prepared to work 5 days a week Monday - Friday. Hours range from 5:15am - 3:45pm (depending on season).  Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a drug screen in accordance with FAA guidelines.
