We’re a tight-knit team serving some of the world’s largest enterprises. Responsibilities * Collaborate closely with our sales and customer support teams, and play a key role in driving Outset’s EU expansion. * Interface directly with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and build specific features to address them. * Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring timely resolution of all technical questions and issues. * Be a key part of the team providing global operational support for the platform. * Design, develop, and optimize intuitive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React and Next.js. * Build robust and responsive components that seamlessly integrate with backend services and APIs. * Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and real-time data processing infrastructure. * Implement and refine our in-house Large Language Model and real-time interview technology. * Lead customer-facing projects from initial conception through production deployment, ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and reliability. Qualifications * 5+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting production-grade frontend and backend systems. * Experience in a customer-facing role. * Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js. * Experience building scalable, responsive web applications. * Familiarity integrating frontend applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs. * Strong proficiency with Python and Django, including experience building robust APIs. * Extensive knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres preferred). * Experience deploying and managing services on AWS. * Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. * Bonus points for familiarity with real-time data visualization, real-time data streaming and export, WebRTC, or AI/ML infrastructure.
