And beyond. ⭐️ THE FOUNDING SALES OPPORTUNITY We are looking for our first-ever Sales hire in Saudi Arabia — a rare founding opportunity to build Alan's commercial practice in the Kingdom from the ground up. You will be Alan's flag-bearer in KSA: the person who shapes how we sell, who we sell to, and how we build relationships with companies that want to offer their employees a truly great health experience. This is not a role for someone looking for a well-defined playbook to execute. It is a role for someone who wants to write the playbook — and who has the experience to do so. ⭐️ YOUR MISSION You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to discovery, demo, offer building, and closing. At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless. We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft). You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base. As Founding Sales for KSA, you will also: * Build Alan's local presence with HR Directors, CFOs, and C-level decision-makers at companies who care about their employees' wellbeing * Act as the eyes and ears of the company in KSA — feeding market intelligence, prospect feedback, and local insights back to the product and strategy teams * Shape the sales function in KSA — setting the rituals, tools, and standards that future teammates will build on * Evangelize Alan's approach in the market, positioning Alan as a trusted and innovative health partner for Saudi employers * Contribute to Alan globally — leveraging and enriching the playbooks built in France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada ⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? You’ll be a great fit if you: * Are currently allowed to work legally for any employer in KSA, based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh * Have Saudi citizenship * Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or SaaS space (you are familiar with product demos, discovery frameworks, complex deal cycles) * Have demonstrated the ability to prospect, close, and build — not just manage existing accounts * Are highly autonomous — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and don't need a fully built machine to be effective * Have native or fluent Arabic * Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English * Are analytical, organized, and rigorous — you manage your pipeline with precision * Have empathy — you genuinely care about understanding and solving the problems of the companies and people you work with * Are not driven primarily by commissions — you are motivated by impact, ownership, and long-term value creation For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C1-D level range.
