ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring an FP&A and Business Finance professional to help drive financial planning, analysis, and decision support as Aspora continues to scale internationally. This role will work closely with the leadership team to translate business strategy into financial plans, track performance across markets, and provide insights that support better decision-making. The position requires someone who is both analytical and hands-on: comfortable building financial models, analyzing data, and working cross-functionally with product, growth, and operations teams. You will play a key role in helping the company allocate capital effectively and maintain strong financial discipline while scaling. Location: Bangalore WHAT YOU’LL OWN * Financial Planning & Forecasting: Support the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across business units and markets. * Business Performance Analysis: Track financial performance against plans and identify key drivers of revenue, costs, and profitability. * Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions, product launches, and market expansion. * Management Reporting: Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership, providing clear insights into company performance. * Cross-Functional Partnering: Work closely with product, growth, and operations teams to understand business drivers and ensure financial alignment. * Unit Economics & Metrics: Analyze unit economics across products and markets to help guide pricing, growth investment, and capital allocation decisions.
