Responsibilities may vary depending on the role you are placed in and may include: * Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience * Answering phones and assisting patients with questions or scheduling needs * Scheduling and confirming patient appointments * Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with patient accounts * Communicating with patients regarding treatment, appointments, and office policies * Collecting payments and assisting patients with financial questions * Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation * Coordinating with doctors, assistants, and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow * Assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks * Supporting team members across the front office when needed What We’re Looking For * Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude * Strong communication and customer service skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Team player who enjoys working with others * BILINGUAL PREFERRED Dental or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required.
