OUR IDEAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL HAVE: * 3+ years of professional experience designing and building production web applications. * Actively use AI coding assistants in daily engineering workflows * Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the modern React ecosystem. * Solid understanding of core computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, UI design patterns, and state management. * Proven ability to turn design mocks and product specs into production-quality code. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and design. * BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
