Responsibilities: * Assist in unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of medications, supplies, and packaging materials. * Assists in the preparation of prescription orders, including management of workflow, dispensing, and shipping * Maintenance of inventory including inventory storage, ordering, rotating and beyond use dating * Provide patient care to accurately support our programs and triage to a pharmacist when required * Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas. * Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws * Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists * Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned by supervisor Requirements: * High School diploma or GED required * Preferred: Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted), or eligibility to obtain it * Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse is preferred * Strong command of the English language * Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. * Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners). * Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods, including standing and walking for up to 10 hours per shift. * Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. * Proven ability to learn complex new software and technologies Location/Hours * Onsite, 400 S Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, MO * Full time, 40 hrs/week, 4 10 hrs shifts * Available shifts - Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat 7am-5pm. * Scheduling flexibility, as your schedule may change over time according to business needs BENEFITS: * Health, Dental & Vision – Multiple plan options from day 1 * Well-being Support – Employee Assistance Program with counseling, wellness coaching, legal/financial advice, and more * Vacation – Accrue up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in year one * Paid Sick Time – 40 hours per year * Holidays – 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays per year * Parental Leave – 12 weeks paid (birthing) / 4 weeks paid (non-birthing), including adoption and foster placement * 401(k) – Traditional and Roth options * Life & Disability Insurance – Provided at no cost * Commuter Benefits – Free onsite parking + pre-tax commuter FSA+ Free shuttle service (Pittsburgh, PA only) * Snack & Drink Stipend – Daily at all pharmacy locations #dispense Why Join Us: It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.
