Compensation & Schedule * Pay Range: $15.00–$16.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience) * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Occasional earlier start times or schedule adjustments to support events Benefits 50 North offers a supportive work environment and a competitive benefits package, including: * Health insurance (medical coverage) and paid vacation * Consistent full-time schedule promoting work-life balance * Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization serving the local community Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Maintain cleanliness of offices, restrooms, activity rooms, and common areas * Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces * Clean and restock restrooms and replenish supplies * Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly * Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and equipment for programs and events * Maintain outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, and porches * Perform light laundry duties as needed * Assist with snow removal and apply salt or ice melt during winter conditions * Respond to custodial and facility setup requests in a timely manner * Report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to appropriate personnel * Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment * Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Prior custodial, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required * Willing to train qualified candidates * Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence * Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions * Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for special events Physical Requirements This position requires regular physical activity.
