What we need from you: * You bring your previous customer experience with at least 2 years in retail with increasing responsibility. * You use your excellent communication skills to help your customers meet their needs. * You have strong organisation and time management skills in a retail environment * You recognize the individuality of others and authentically help people find their unique look. * You are responsible for the energy you bring to the store and to our customers, owning your impact. * You strive to improve yourself and others around you every day. * You love a challenge and get satisfaction from creating solutions. * You cultivate a strong bond with your team to motivate and inspire each other. * If you have previous optical experience, great.
