Our collaborative team of physicians, chiropractors, and rehabilitation professionals work together to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to their daily lives with confidence. We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Lansdale Office. Position Details * Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Setting: Outpatient clinical environment * Patient Population: Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients * Type: Full-Time, Onsite Responsibilities * Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries. * Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. * Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards. * Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. * Schedule patients appointments in office * Guide PTAs regarding patient treatment plans and rehabilitation Qualifications * Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania (required) * Strong clinical skills with orthopedic and rehabilitation experience preferred * Excellent communication and documentation skills * Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care * Experience with Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury patients a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous accrual for vacation and personal time Paid Company Holidays Health Insurance Allowance Professional Growth: Supportive environment for continued education and development Why Join CarePath?
