Currently, our primary focus is centered on BrownDust 2, where we drive localized marketing, community management, offline events, pop-up stores, and official merchandise operations (planning, production, and sales), alongside strategic local partnerships. Deeply rooted in our understanding of local gamers and market dynamics, we work in close collaboration with our headquarters in Korea and key regional partners to build sustainable growth for NEOWIZ’s titles in Taiwan. 主要工作內容(KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) 1. 遊戲周邊商品企劃與製作  協助遊戲周邊商品之企劃、選品及製作 與內部團隊、設計、供應商及合作夥伴進行溝通與進度管理 評估商品製作可行性、規劃並掌握製作數量、交期及品質   2.成本控管與定價策略  協助進行商品成本控管，包含製作成本、進口費用、物流費、倉儲費、通路費及其他相關支出。 依據商品成本、市場行情、玩家接受度及銷售目標，協助制定商品定價策略。 進行不同販售情境下之營收、毛利、庫存及損益試算。 追蹤實際銷售結果，協助評估商品售價、成本結構與獲利表現。   3.商品販售及通路管理  負責線上／線下商品販售相關營運 協助管理合作通路、電商平台及其他銷售管道 追蹤商品銷售狀況並進行相關數據整理與分析 規劃滿額贈、限購、預購、現場販售及庫存分配等販售機制。   4. 庫存及物流管理  管理商品進貨、出貨及庫存數量 定期確認庫存狀況，協助規劃補貨及庫存調整 與倉儲、物流及相關合作廠商進行溝通協調，包含商品進口、配送、貼標、理貨及退換貨等相關作業。   5. 線下活動執行  協助遊戲展、快閃店、玩家活動、品牌合作等線下活動 參與活動前期規劃、現場執行及活動後續整理 協助現場商品販售、玩家動線及其他營運相關工作   6.市場及玩家趨勢掌握  持續關注台灣二次元遊戲、動漫及相關市場趨勢 了解玩家社群文化、熱門作品、IP及消費趨勢 協助提供商品、活動及行銷相關建議 蒐集玩家對商品價格、品項、品質及販售方式之回饋，作為後續企劃參考。       1. Merchandise Planning & Production Support the planning and development of game-related merchandise. Assist with product selection, production coordination, and communication with internal teams, designers, vendors, and external partners. Help track production schedules, quantities, quality, and delivery status. Support the team in reviewing product feasibility and identifying potential production issues.   2.Cost & Pricing Support  Assist with tracking merchandise-related costs, including production, logistics, warehousing, import fees, and channel costs. Support pricing discussions by gathering relevant market, competitor, and player information. Help organize basic sales, cost, and profitability data for internal review. Monitor sales results and support follow-up analysis on product performance.   3. Sales & Distribution Support Support online and offline merchandise sales operations. Assist with the day-to-day operation of e-commerce platforms, retail partners, and other sales channels. Help monitor sales performance and prepare basic sales reports. Support sales programs such as pre-orders, purchase limits, promotional bundles, event sales, and inventory allocation.   4. Inventory & Logistics Coordination Support merchandise inbound and outbound processes and inventory tracking. Assist with regular stock checks, replenishment, and inventory allocation. Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, and vendors on delivery, labeling, sorting, returns, exchanges, and other operational matters. Help maintain accurate merchandise and inventory information.   5. Offline Event Support Support gaming exhibitions, pop-up stores, fan events, brand collaborations, and other offline activities. Participate in event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. Assist with merchandise sales, inventory handling, customer flow, and general event operations.   6. Market & Player Insights Stay informed about gaming, anime, entertainment, and merchandise trends in Taiwan. Develop an understanding of local player communities, popular games, IPs, characters, and consumer preferences. Collect and organize player and market feedback related to merchandise, pricing, product selection, and events. Contribute ideas and observations that may help improve future merchandise, events, and marketing activities.   我們希望你具備 (QUALIFICATIONS) * 對台灣二次元遊戲市場有高度了解，熟悉玩家文化及市場趨勢 * 對遊戲、動漫、漫畫、Cosplay、IP周邊等領域具有高度興趣 * 具備良好的溝通、協調及專案執行能力 * 能同時處理多項任務，並具備良好的時間及進度管理能力 * 熟悉 Microsoft Office / Google Workspace 等基本辦公工具   * Good understanding of Taiwan’s anime-style / ACG gaming market, player communities, and market trends. * Strong interest in games, anime, manga, cosplay, character IPs, and related merchandise. * Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and external partners. * Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Comfortable using basic business tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. 加分條件 (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) * 具 3年以上遊戲、動漫、娛樂、電商、零售或相關產業工作經驗 * 曾參與遊戲周邊商品企劃、製作或販售 * 具有電商、通路、庫存或物流管理經驗 * 曾參與遊戲展、動漫展、快閃店或其他大型線下活動 * 熟悉台灣遊戲／動漫社群及相關平台 * 具備跨國團隊或海外總部溝通經驗 * 英文、韓文或日文具備商務溝通能力   * 3+ years of professional experience in gaming, anime, entertainment, e-commerce, retail, or related industries. * Exposure to game merchandise planning, production, sales, or operations * Experience or familiarity in e-commerce, distribution channel, inventory, or logistics operations. * Experience supporting gaming exhibitions, anime conventions, pop-up stores, or other large-scale offline events. * Familiarity with Taiwan’s gaming and ACG communities and platforms. * Experience working with global teams or overseas headquarters. * Business-level proficiency in English, Korean or Japanese.
