Reporting directly to the Casino Manager for Belgium, you will play a key role in ensuring our Casino product remains competitive by coordinating game releases, testing new content, supporting promotional activities, and delivering the best possible player experience.    If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, and have a passion for Casino products, we'd love to hear from you.  A flavour of what you'll do  * Report directly to the Casino Manager for Belgium supporting the execution of the Casino product strategy.  * Own the Belgium game release roadmap ensuring all planned releases are delivered on the global release date whenever possible.  * Coordinate with internal teams and external game providers to ensure timely delivery of new games and product updates.  * Execute comprehensive testing of new games across desktop and mobile  identifying and escalating any issues before launch.  * Ensure all game releases meet Belgium regulatory and compliance requirements.  * Monitor upcoming provider roadmaps and coordinate release planning with relevant stakeholders.  * Support the setup and execution of Casino and Live Casino tournaments  ensuring all configurations are completed accurately and on time.  * Assist with Above-The-Line (ATL) Casino product activities, including game selection, promotional planning and launch coordination.  * Liaise with Product, QA, CRM, Compliance and Technical teams to ensure smooth product launches.  * Monitor game releases after launch reporting any issues or opportunities for optimisation.  * Conduct competitor analysis and keep up to date with industry trends and new Casino product innovations.  * Assist with gameplay investigations, provider queries and any Casino-related operational requests.  * Support reporting, presentations and ad hoc projects for the Belgium Casino product.    Requirements  * Experience within the online gaming/iGaming industry.  * Good understanding of Casino products and game providers.  * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.  * Experience testing digital products or Casino games is considered an advantage.  * Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.  * Strong analytical mindset with good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.  * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.  * Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented.  * Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
