We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team. No prior experience needed—we provide all necessary training. As a General Assembler, you will be on your feet for most of the day, performing hands-on tasks to help produce our bows and/or light our fabricated products. Key Responsibilities: * Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment * Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards * Operate basic tools and equipment safely * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow safety protocols and company procedures * Assist in other areas as needed * Work as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications & Requirements: * No prior experience required; training provided * Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods * Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Benefits (full-time): * Opportunities for overtime pay * PTO * BCBS Insurance * 401k
