General Manager – Food & Beverage Operations Location: Nashville, TN Employment Type: Full-Time About Hit Parader Hit Parader is a live entertainment venue combining elevated food and beverage, nationally touring artists, private events, and community programming into one unique guest experience. We're building a hospitality-driven destination that aims to delivers exceptional experiences every day—not just on concert nights. Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for leading all food and beverage operations, including the restaurant, bars, guest service, staffing, financial performance, and daily execution. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role oversees one of Hit Parader's primary revenue engines and works closely with the Events Manager and Talent Buying & Programming Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities * Lead all front-of-house food and beverage operations * Hire, train, coach, and develop hospitality teams * Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs * Maintain high standards of guest service and operational excellence * Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations * Collaborate with other department leaders to support concerts, private events, and venue activations * Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality Success Metrics * Revenue growth * Labor and cost management * Guest satisfaction * Employee retention * Operational efficiency * Inventory accuracy * Budget performance Qualifications * 5+ years of hospitality management experience * Proven success leading high-volume restaurants, bars, or entertainment venues * Strong understanding of P&L management, labor, and inventory controls * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment * Evening and weekend availability required Preferred: Experience with live entertainment venues, nightlife, Toast POS, and event-driven hospitality.
