In this role, you’ll operate drilling equipment for geotechnical investigations, collect high-quality samples, and help keep field operations running smoothly—while supporting and guiding less experienced crew members. We invest in our people with the tools, training, and opportunities to build long-term careers.   Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain drilling rigs and equipment for geotechnical test borings. * Collect and document soil and rock samples for analysis. * Assure that all drilling functions, including quality control, quality assurance, and verification, are performed in accordance with the standard drilling methods, project specifications, and other contract documents. * Responsible for safety procedures and following company guidelines. * Lead and coordinate in-house drilling operations, including crew supervision, scheduling, and daily field execution * Support a positive team environment by modeling professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2-4 years of geotechnical drilling experience. * Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and heavy equipment. * Valid Driver’s License required (CDL preferred). * Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments. * Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. * Must be able to lift 80+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks.
