WHAT YOU WILL DO: * You will work hand in hand with a Key Account Manager to develop the business and relationships with biggest European retailers. * You will negotiate with clients, present our product portfolio, steer performance, bring and develop best practices. * You will be the coordinator for sales administration, work with marketing, operations and customer support teams. * You will be the link between global and local sales teams, negotiating the promotional calendar and ensuring smooth execution. * You will participate in building the knowledge base to structure the team and foster fast and sustainable growth. * You will be key for the team to provide clear reporting and deliverables, ensuring better decision-making and a more efficient relationships with our partners. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: * You have completed or you are soon completing your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Ideally, you have some initial experience in e-commerce and/or in external stakeholder management. * You're curious and dynamic, you're a team player and your interpersonal skills enable you to successfully manage your partners. * You are pragmatic, organized and rigorous in your work, with a strong analytical mind and an affinity for figures. * As a true entrepreneur, you're ready to work autonomously with a high level of responsibility. * You are agile, change stimulates you, you like to be independent and are always looking to improve your skills. * You have a good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Mirakl is a plus. * You are fluent in English and have good communication skills WHAT WE OFFER: A competitive Package of 1250€ monthly ( including meal allowance and Coverflex benefits)  Employee discount on Emma products for yourself, friends and family (applicable in all EU markets) Private health insurance including dental care In-house Portuguese classes from beginner to advanced level A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events Become an Emmie Emma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
