You’ll own a defined set of routine tier 1 and tier 2 operational work across Workday and related People Systems. This includes monitoring support channels and system inboxes, triaging requests, completing repeatable administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, and routing complex issues to the right People Systems owner. This is a hands-on operations role. It creates clearer separation between routine support work and the configuration, architecture, governance, and project delivery owned by the People Systems team.
