This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys helping people, solving technical problems, and working hands-on with devices, tools, and office technology. You will support our employees with day-to-day IT requests, onboarding and offboarding, access issues, hardware setup, and workplace technology.  Our environment is fast-paced, so we are looking for someone who is practical, curious, service-minded, and not afraid to get hands-on — whether that means troubleshooting a laptop, helping a user directly, checking a meeting room setup, fixing cables, or supporting an internal IT project. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Provide first and second-level IT support through tickets, Slack, and in-person support. * Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop preparation, account setup, and access changes. * Troubleshoot macOS, iOS, hardware, software, and basic network-related issues. * Support workplace technology such as meeting rooms, displays, AV equipment, peripherals, printers, and office IT setups. * Handle access and support requests across internal business tools. * Maintain IT documentation and help improve internal support processes. * Assist with smaller Corporate IT projects and ad hoc tasks. * Help identify repetitive tasks and support automation or process improvements where possible. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR  * First experience in IT Support, Help Desk, workplace IT, or a similar technical support role. * Good basic knowledge of macOS and Apple devices. * A hands-on mindset and willingness to support both software and physical IT setups. * Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach. * Ability to communicate confidently in both English and German. * Good troubleshooting skills and curiosity to understand how things work. * A structured and reliable way of working. * Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.   NICE TO HAVE * Experience with tools such as Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, or Google Workspace. * Basic scripting or coding knowledge, for example Python, Bash, Google Apps Script, or similar. * Interest in automation and improving repetitive IT tasks. * Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, device management, or MDM tools. * Technical studies, IT apprenticeship, working student experience, or a similar technical background.    WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
