You’ll hit the ground running with a six-month training program that blends advanced option theory with real market making experience from day one. Your first four weeks are spent alongside a cohort, mastering the fundamentals of options theory, trading systems, and tools through lectures and hands-on shadowing. After that, you’ll move into active research: contributing to projects aligned with your desk’s focus, under mentor guidance and with continuous coaching, technical training, and performance feedback throughout. What You’ll Do: * Dive into options theory, learn our business operations, and become familiar with our systems * Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools * Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as your knowledge grows * Play a pivotal role in developing automated analysis programs and trading algorithms * Your work will bridge statistics, trading, and technology, providing data-driven insights to trading teams and management * Monitoring and optimizing strategy performance * Designing and building automated trading and position management algorithms * Enhancing pricing models * Building, maintaining, and improving the company’s codebase and technology stack Who You Are: * Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 pursuing a bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline * A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading * Result-driven and able to prioritize * Strong at pattern recognition * Excel at applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges * Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C+, C++, etc.) * A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Excellent verbal and written English skills * Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027   Why Join All Options?
