The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the residential apartment community. This position performs routine groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior cleaning, and basic maintenance duties to ensure the property remains attractive, welcoming, and well maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety conscious, attentive to detail, and able to work independently in a variety of weather conditions. This individual will interact regularly with residents, visitors, vendors, and property management staff and must consistently represent the community in a friendly and professional manner.
