We are looking for a Growth Engineer to join our client's Product & Engineering team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and hands-on software engineer who is passionate about driving business growth through product experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and technical innovation. The Growth Engineer will work at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to design, build, and optimize features that improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue. Rather than focusing exclusively on platform architecture or infrastructure, this role centers on identifying growth opportunities and rapidly testing solutions through experimentation. The successful candidate will leverage full-stack engineering skills, product analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior insights to help accelerate business outcomes and improve the customer journey across the entire product lifecycle. Location: LATAM 100% Remote. Working hours are based on the US Pacific Time Zone. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and implement growth-focused product features that improve user acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and conversion metrics. * Plan, build, and execute A/B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences. * Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives. * Analyze user behavior, product funnels, and business metrics to uncover insights and recommend improvements. Instrument applications with analytics tracking and event monitoring to measure product performance and customer engagement. * Optimize onboarding experiences and user flows to reduce friction and improve activation rates. * Develop referral programs, engagement features, upgrade flows, and monetization experiments. * Improve website performance, technical SEO, and conversion paths to support customer acquisition efforts. * Build internal tools and automations that enhance marketing, sales, customer success, and growth operations. * Monitor and report on experiment outcomes, growth KPIs, and business impact while continuously iterating on successful initiatives. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Engineering, or Full-Stack Development. * Strong experience developing modern web applications using front-end and back-end technologies. * Experience working with analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, or data-driven product development. * Strong understanding of product metrics, conversion funnels, user engagement, and growth strategies. * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs. * Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Ability to translate business goals into measurable technical initiatives. * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
