THE PROBLEM The current/traditional research methods companies rely on are slow, expensive, and superficial. Running great research also requires expertise which is a blocker to many companies. That directly affects how well companies understand their customers and how well they can serve them. THE TEAM You will join an extremely talented team of incredibly passionate, high-energy people. THE ROLE As a Go-to-Market Associate Intern, you'll be embedded in the GTM team as a true generalist operator. You'll work across marketing, sales enablement and customer success, owning initiatives end-to-end, not just filling in spreadsheets. One week you might be writing a case study with a Unilever champion. The next, you're building a competitive battlecard, coordinating a webinar, or helping craft the pitch for a new vertical. This is for someone who wants to understand how a startup actually grows. Not in theory, but by doing the work. WHAT YOU'LL DO 1. Create customer-facing content. Write case studies, one-pagers, customer stories, and sales collateral grounded in real outcomes. Sharp narratives, real data, zero fluff. 2. Support sales enablement. Build battlecards, competitive comparisons, vertical-specific messaging, and demo prep materials that help the sales team win. 4. Build customer proof. Work directly with customers to capture testimonials, quotes, success stories, and reference materials. Organize them so the whole GTM team can use them. 5. Research markets and competitors. Map new verticals, analyze competitor positioning, identify ICP patterns, and surface insights that sharpen our strategy. 6. Support events and community. Help plan and execute customer dinners, webinars, conference presence, and community activations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Non-negotiables - Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, management, engineering or any other relevant degrees - High agency. You don't wait for a task list; you see what needs doing and do it. - Comfortable talking to customers and senior stakeholders - Strong organizational skills. You can juggle multiple initiatives without dropping balls. - Extremely strong writing skills. You can tell a story that people actually want to read. - Strong written and verbal English communication Bonus (not required) - Experience creating marketing content (blog posts, case studies, social, decks) - Familiarity with B2B SaaS, market research, or enterprise sales - Light design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) - Experience with HubSpot or CRM tools - Event coordination experience MINDSET - You're a generalist who gets things done, not a specialist who waits for the right task - Ownership over everything you touch - Pragmatic: you know when something needs polish and when rough-and-fast is better - Great taste. You care about quality without being a perfectionist. - Low ego, high output - Comfortable with ambiguity; you thrive in fast-moving environments WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - You've shipped content and assets the GTM team actually uses daily - Customers know your name.
