About the Role The Head of Product is a key role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s product strategy in a fast-growing software environment. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership, ensuring alignment between product development, business goals, and customer needs. You will lead a team of Product Owners, drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, and business teams, and ensure that the product portfolio delivers measurable value and supports long-term company growth. A key focus of the role is also defining the strategic direction of AI within the product ecosystem, including leading the development of a new AI-powered analytics platform leveraging tourism data. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute the overall product strategy, translating business objectives into clear priorities and roadmaps. * Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering strong product management practices and continuous growth. * Ensure effective collaboration between Product and Engineering teams across all stages of product development. * Drive product discovery, including validation of problems, exploration of solutions, and incorporation of user feedback. * Manage stakeholder relationships, aligning product priorities with leadership, customer success, and support teams. * Identify product opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis. * Monitor and optimize product performance using metrics and data-driven decision-making. * Act as Product Owner for a strategic AI-powered analytics platform. Professional Experience * 5–8+ years of experience in product management within a software or SaaS environment. * Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development settings. * Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or Product Owners. * Strong track record of defining product priorities and managing product roadmaps. * Deep understanding of customer-driven product development and data-informed decision-making. * Proficiency in SAFe methodology and hands-on experience working within a SAFe environment. * Ability to foster psychological safety, open communication, and constructive feedback.
