KEY OBJECTIVES Amanotes Game COE (Center of Excellence) is the craft engine of Amanotes' Games Division. It gathers >30 specialists across five teams — Game Design, Art, Music, QC, and Game Solutions — serving every game unit from New Games to LiveOps. As Head of Product, you own this COE end to end: its strategy, its people, and its output quality. Your mission is to turn five specialist teams into one production system that raises the craft bar of every Amanotes title, while scaling AI-powered tooling so games ship faster and better.
