The Opportunity Vessel is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Head of Production Systems to design and build our end-to-end production operating system. This is a true builder role. You will not inherit a mature system, you will create one from the ground up. You will define how materials move, how work is planned and executed, and how the system scales across multiple locations. This role requires high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to drive change across the organization. Who You Are * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
