About the Role Knowtex is hiring its first Head of Sales — a builder who will take our commercial motion from founder-led to scalable. You’ll stand up the sales infrastructure (HubSpot, quota, comp), hire and lead a growing team, and personally close strategic accounts across leading specialty networks, enterprise health systems, and community clinics, while building the EHR and distribution partnerships that extend our reach. About Knowtex Knowtex is the clinical AI infrastructure layer for intelligent care — replacing the burden of manual notes, coding, and order entry with ambient, real-time intelligence so clinicians can focus on patients. We’re the ambient AI partner to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and nationally deployed across enterprise health systems, leading specialty networks and community practices and clinics. What You’ll Own * Build the Machine — stand up HubSpot CRM, pipeline stages, forecasting cadence, and deal-review rhythm from scratch. * Define Quota & Comp — design quota methodology, territory plans, and incentive structures for a scaling team. * Win New Logos — lead full-cycle sales into national specialty oncology networks, enterprise health systems, and community clinics. * Hire & Coach — recruit, ramp, and manage a team of AEs as Knowtex scales past founder-led sales. * Build Strategic Partnerships — develop EHR integration and distribution partnerships that open new channels. * Shape GTM & Marketing — partner with the CEO to build positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials. * Own the Forecast — drive pipeline discipline and board-level revenue reporting leadership can trust. * Voice of the Market — translate field intelligence into product and clinical roadmap input. What You’ll Bring * 7+ Years in Healthcare/Enterprise Sales — including experience building a sales org from 0 to 1 — process, CRM, quota design, and comp plans. * HubSpot Fluency — hands-on experience running pipeline, forecasting, and reporting inside HubSpot CRM. * Track Record Across Care Settings — proven success selling into national specialty oncology networks, enterprise health systems, and community clinics. * Partnership & GTM Builder — experience developing EHR and distribution partnerships, plus a hand in shaping marketing and GTM. * Team Builder — a hirer and coach who can recruit and ramp a quota-carrying team as we scale. * Executive Presence — comfort negotiating with C-suite stakeholders (CMO, CFO, CIO) and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
