We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it?     Role Purpose : The Head of Shared Service Centre acts as the enterprise leader for transactional finance, accountable for global process ownership, operational performance, and transformation across all transactional finance activities.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and define the global strategy for Transactional Finance across Billing, Credit & Collections, AP and Procurement * Own end-to-end operational performance of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes * Drive working capital optimization including DSO, DPO, billing cycles and cash conversion * Deliver transformation and automation initiatives across finance operations and supporting systems * Ensure robust governance, financial controls and compliance across all transactional processes * Act as senior escalation points for complex financial and operational issues * Lead, develop and performance manage a global leadership team of functional heads * Partner with CFO/COO, Deputy CFO and senior stakeholders to provide insight on cash, revenue realisation and operational efficiency * Collaborate with Commercial, FP&A, Controllership and Technology teams to drive performance and alignment * Key stakeholder in groupwide ERP systems rollout, supporting delivery of the new platform and ensuring processes and governance are in place for the go-forward model. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) * Billing accuracy and reduction in re-bills or disputes * Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and cash collections performance * Working capital improvement across O2C and P2P * Invoice cycle time and transactional processing efficiency * Cost-to-serve of finance operations * Automation and transformation delivery milestones * Audit outcomes, control effectiveness and compliance metrics KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE * Extensive experience in global finance operations / transactional finance leadership * Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes * Proven track record of leading large, multi-functional teams through senior leaders * Strong experience in finance transformation, automation and process improvement * Strong understanding of working capital, cash flow and operational finance metrics * Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments (desirable) * Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce) Why join us?
