Job Purpose: Manage costing activities to ensure accurate product costing, cost control, and profitability analysis within a manufacturing environment. Reporting Line: Reports to: Head Finance - Technical operations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead product costing (standard & actual costing) processes. * Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances. * Ensure accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing. * Monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS). * Support pricing decisions and margin analysis. * Partner with production teams to improve cost efficiency. * Drive cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiency projects. * Ensure proper cost allocation methods. * Provide reports on plant performance and cost drivers. * Support budgeting and forecasting related to manufacturing costs.   Qualifications & Requirements:  * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance. * 8+ years of experience in costing within manufacturing. * Strong knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP CO module preferred). * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. * Good understanding of production processes. * High attention to detail and strong business partnering skills.
