Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic outcomes. * Decision Making / Authority Sign-off (or provide formal recommendation) on ledger functional design, accounting treatment documentation, and test outcomes. *  Escalate material risks/issues impacting financial integrity, reporting, or control environment.
