Our People & Culture team is seeking a highly motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our high-volume hourly hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in fast-paced recruitment while playing a key role in helping the organization attract, engage, and hire top hourly talent. There is potential for the position to transition into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and be passionate about creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.  Key Responsibilities: * Support high-volume hourly recruitment efforts across multiple locations and business functions. * Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for hourly and frontline positions.  * Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, job boards, and social media platforms.  * Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring events, and recruiting campaigns.  * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure staffing targets are met within established timelines.  * Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within Lever (ATS).  * Assist with offer generation, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities.  * Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring pipeline updates and reports.  * Support job fair planning, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.  * Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.  * Maintain strict confidentiality while handling candidate and employee information.  * Assist with continuous improvement projects that enhance recruitment efficiency and hiring outcomes.    Qualifications: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.  * Available to work 40 hours per week during the internship term.  * Strong interest in talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.  * Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting technology is considered an asset.  * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.    Preferred Skills & Attributes: * Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.  * Is self-motivated and results-oriented.  * Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills.  * Can effectively manage multiple requisitions, deadlines, and competing priorities.  * Is comfortable engaging candidates through phone, email, and virtual communication methods.  * Possesses strong problem-solving and organizational skills.  * Leverages technology and data to improve recruiting outcomes.  * Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.  * Maintains professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.    Success in this Role: * Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hourly positions.  * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing high hiring volumes.  * Meet recruitment timelines and staffing goals.  * Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.  * Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes.
